Baton Rouge woman arrested after boarding bus, inciting fight between daughter, another student

BATON ROUGE — A woman accused of getting on a school bus and encouraging her daughter to attack another student was arrested by Baton Rouge Police, arrest records show.

Alicia Clark, 27, was driving in the same direction as her daughter's school bus on the morning of Sept. 11 when she saw the doors of the bus swing open and her daughter having a fist fight with another student, she told police.

Clark said she then got on the bus to break up the fight before taking her daughter and leaving.

However, a review of surveillance footage showed that Clark got onto the bus and told her daughter to punch the other female student involved.

"That's what initiated the fight," police said.

Clark is also accused of aggressively grabbing and pushing the student, with whom her daughter had been involved in the fight. Clark also continued to make several statements encouraging her daughter to "whoop" the other girl.

Clark was arrested on Sept. 12 and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and simple battery.

I promise you, you and I are in perfect agreement. I was just clarifying for anyone reading that it's not, and never is, about DNA or ancestry or race. It's about culture. Their culture is what has to change (and like you said, probably little can be done from outside to do that).

But like I said, I haven't given up hope on America, including blacks. I'm seeing more married black families than I used to. I'm every now and then seeing black single men come to the financial small group I lead every now and then, then come back through it again a couple of years later because he's married and wants his wife to know money stuff too ... BEFORE they have kids.

For years I've said that I believe the 4th Great Awakening has started, we just can't see it cuz we're in it.

Dismantling the welfare state would help by removing some perverse incentives. Improving the quality of teachers in urban schools would help as well. This particularly includes removing the white women who blather more about racial oppression than even the black race-baiters.

Still, they have to fix it themselves. The need a lot more Booker T Washington, and a lot less WEB DuBois.

I think it's low intelligence and bad selection....too many not smart people breeding with other not smart people and what do we expect...I think it's gotten worse...

I think we do get some distortion on the internet because we all know or are related to intelligent and socially normal black people...I am....but my God,there is such a gap.

If they can get back to being like their ancestors, who after the abolition of slavery were grateful to God instead of being brainwashed to being bitter of the past, they may go back to living godly lives and improving their future like they did for the first century after abolition and raising kids in married households at a higher percentage than whites did.
