It is not executed in the form of quotas (banned by the Supreme Court in the late 1970s), it does not discriminate against white men and it certainly does not hire unqualified individuals (which is against federal law).


The writer has little connection to reality. Anyone who has been in the workforce for the last 40 years knows the discrimination against white men has only grown worse.

That’s her problem. She has no *experience* in it. She only knows the “stated goals” of Affirmative Action, same goes for DEI.

The difference is what happens in *practice*. She says “white men aren’t discriminated against”, lol. Or that nobody is “unqualified”, it’d be against the law.

It’s incredibly naive, that’s all. Getting favorable grades due to DEI & AA means you might have the piece of paper, but you didn’t earn it that same as the next person. Being able to attain a certain position, promoted through DEI, doesn’t mean nobody (white men) were discriminated against.

It’s easy to debate a dead person, they can’t counter the distortion of their position.
