USA hasn’t made new hull since the 1990s.

The “new” M1s are refurbs of older tanks.

Like building a retro-rod and claiming it is a new car.

Russian T90 has been in service since the 1990's. Where is the T14?

Ukraine has used both the Russian T90M and older Leopards. Crews always have said the western tanks are superior.

The US has two "new" tank efforts underway: the M10 Booker, an officially designated new medium tank for light infantry support unveiled in 2023 and entering production in 2025, and the M1E3 Abrams, a modernized, significantly redesigned version of the main battle tank currently in development

So your argument against Russia being cut down to using 60-year-old tanks is that we haven't built a new design in the past 30? That's quite the non-sequitur, ignoring that our 90s tech is certainly better than Russia's 60s equipment...
