Chip Bok is more right of center in my opinion. I did not see this cartoon as vile in any way. May be considered "graphic" by some but not vile. It's an attention-getter for sure. And maybe it's time people need to be grabbed by the scruff and shaken. He was declaring that this moment was indeed a "turning point" (note arrow) for the country...
