If the Supreme Court declines to reverse the injunction issued by the Court of Appeals concerning Trump's power to deploy tariffs, the president's whole strategy to reinvigorate the economy will be in ruins. Our deficits will be dire and immediate. At that time honest conservatives will have to reassess their judgment about Massie and look beyond party discipline to the real cancer that threatens us.

He’s correct.
Every year they intentionally dither till summer, then take a month off, then scramble and say we need more time, punt to before Thanksgiving, then again to before Christmas, then to March, then fund to September 30th.
Then it’s the same thing again.
