“ but he didn’t because the public bleating drowned him out while the bureaucracy ignored him.”

Anyone could see that. It’s still true. The whole stadium at forest hills last week booed him at the tennis finals

He is the president of the US. People don’t understand how this country works. He is running the country

I don’t listen to him for medical advice. That’s not his job. He has the NIH, The CDC, the FDA, the AMA telling him, the country and all authorities that the vaccine is good and necessary

That group is terrible on this and on medicine. I ignore them. I know he got drowned out. It’s why he was on twitter and now truth

I don’t need him to tell me they’re not interested in our health. That’s no new. And what was he going to do tell a booing nation what to do? He did. They didn’t listen

“He just didn’t command the technical facts and is to a degree germ phobic. It’s on him.”
That’s just throwing blame at him. I hear it all the time. The people I know who did not get the shot listen to him. They all trust him. The ones who did get it, hate him. All of them. They don’t listen to him

It is BS you’re peddling. No sale

Accountability comes with the job. You can explain it away all you like.

I don’t listen to him for medical advice. That’s not his job.

The Federal government has no Constitutional power to control medical practice. Had we real Federalism, these problems would have been exposed far sooner.

And what was he going to do tell a booing nation what to do? He did. They didn’t listen.

Oh yes they did, and what they heard is that he wasn't competent to assess the technical facts. That may not be fair, but it was what the public was expecting.

The people I know who did not get the shot listen to him. They all trust him. The ones who did get it, hate him. All of them. They don’t listen to him.

I didn't get the jab because I knew better. I also knew masks were counterproductive. Neither was a matter of trust; both were matters of data, not trust. Didier Raoult's early data were all Trump needed to know the multidrug treatment worked because Raoult did actual counts of viral particles with a SEM. The inefficacy of masking was proven early on with particle counts by clean room engineers at Waterloo University and with field trials at Camp Pendleton.

Trump didn't know enough to know he was being sold a line of crap. He made the decision to let the EUA go while taking credit for Warp Speed. It's on him because he accepted that the public are accustomed to the Feds wielding those unconstitutional powers. He could have denied the EUA. He could have listened to the doctors behind the Great Barrington Declaration. He didn't. His technical judgment (for which he is accountable however illegitimately) is not trustworthy. It may not be reasonable to expect it, but your BS can't change the facts.
