Sure is easier than actually having to make cogent arguments, provide adequate and verifiable sources, and remain civil in a discussion or debate.
As an academic of some repute had noted years ago ( and whose name I don't quite recall in the moment ), "anyone can assert anything."
That alone NEVER makes it so.

We had a college student in our office. She was able to do her homework on line at breaks and lunch. I guarantee she learned little. I can’t believe a college education has included some real idiots. Students who shout down are not able to article a few thoughts for their argument.
