Every biological female that is a track runner in the Olympics is pregnant the day she runs for the gold.

Did you read the article you posted? This woman was 28 weeks (6.5 months) pregnant when she participated in the Olympic team trials. She didn't make the team because she was 6.5 months pregnant. Female sprinters don't compete in the Olympics when they're 6.5 months pregnant.
