The organization has a deep history of arresting all sorts of people without reasonable suspicion or probably cause. Sometimes it works, and sometimes not.

The father located him in Zion NP and the minister walked with him into the police station there. You do understand the guy was in custody for many long hours before Trump made the announcement first thing this morning. The governor mentioned 33 hours, that’s not long.
