Easily 30 seconds of training. Put the hairs on the target and slowly squeeze the trigger.

The point is that people are going around saying that "my blind granny could make that shot" and it simply isn't true. It suggests that some lame ass kid who just decided to shoot a celebrity during a rally could just go out and buy a rifle and do it "with 30 seconds of training". Nope. Hell, just the "slowly squeeze the trigger" part could take someone quiet a few rounds to master, and that's assuming the rifle/scope have been zeroed for that shooter and the shooter knows how to calculate and adjust the scope for the range. This shot didn't take a master sniper, but it sure as hell was unlikely to be done by a novice.

Also, it has been suggested that the "professional part" wasn't in regards to the shot, but to the clean escape afterwards.

A novice reads the manual and adjusts the scope in 5 minutes. He lays on the ground and hits the target at 200 yards in under 5 shots. Period. Sure, if he’s a mega tard, both those things could take longer.
