My reaction:

This is going to be today's youth's "Bobby Kennedy" moment. They will remember the day that Charlie Kirk died, how they felt about it, and possibly declare that they will be conservatives forever more.

Dana Perino made the comment that, while Kirk was not a politician, he was political. I would amend that to say that he was not a politician, yet. He might have been a viable presidential candidate in 20 years.

We'll never get to find out, but let's hope that being taken out by an assassin's bullet tells his fans that Kirk scared some people, and his fans owe it to Kirk's memory to carry on his legacy as conservatives for the rest of their lives.

I suggested it is an MLK Moment. RFK was a politician running for office.

MLK was killed for his opinions, just as Charlie.
