Not really. A few blue people are committing most of the crime. If those blue people were kept in jail, crime would plummet. It’s a large problem on a very small scale.

you always hear that this is just 13% of the population committing 60% of the violent crime. But that is an error, because in that 13% you’re factoring in women and old men. Women and old black men aren’t out there running around like crazy in the streets. It’s the young black men and they’re only about 2% of the population. So the horrific statistic is actually that 2% of the population approximately, commit about 60% of the violent crime or more. That is insane. Can you imagine trying to have a honest discussion about race and bringing up those numbers?
The FBI and Department of Justice always factor in Middle Eastern and Hispanic men as “white,” and so the numbers for white crime are grossly in error. If you actually factor out crime from black folk, Middle Eastern, and Hispanics, then white people in the United States, commit about as much crime, especially violent crime, as do white people in Austria or Finland, which is to say—-not much
The numbers I’ve seen are that around 4.5%, or 1/22 black males commit murder sometime over their lifetime.
It’s a big number.
