I personally believe that women should marry in their 20’s and have children and then, when children start to separate from the mother, she can then work on her career if that is what she wants.

That's the False Dilemma Fallacy - children or career.

The women themselves may cite career vs raising children but that's more likely an acceptable, convenient, and low-confrontational excuse that covers over the real truth. As we see in many individual's behavior, they are well aware of what they've been through and refuse to subject any offspring of their own to the same dysfunction they've known.

Woman are taught the false dilemma fallacy. They are taught that children can wait while they build their career. For too many woman, it just ends up being the career and no children.

There is a time and place for everything. Careers can wait, until children have separated from the mother which happens naturally.
