ICE needs to investigate the NCDOT. We were on I-40 last week and a large number of NCDOT workers were in the motel where we stayed in Flatrock, NC. Only the supervisors spoke any English. These are the people working on the damage that Helene did to I-40 at the Tennesse/NC line.
