Should Russia suffer any negative consequences for its war on Ukraine?

Loaded question...Russia hasn't declared war on Ukraine.

A better question might be how many more negative consequences can the West absorb in their feckless pursuit of regime change in Russia via its mentally impaired proxy Ukraine?

“Russia hasn’t declared war on Ukraine.”

You’re probably right that there’s not a formal declaration of war. But are you saying that the 2 nations are not at war? For example US was at war with North Vietnam but there was no formal declaration and of course there are many other examples of wars without formal declarations. There can be resolutions, characterizations as police actions. I don’t know exactly what Russia has documented with respect to the actions in Ukraine, but most observers would consider it to be a war.
