Survivors at our press conference announced they are privately compiling their own Epstein list.
They would be sued into homelessness for naming names, but @RepMTG and I are willing to name names in the House of Representatives under Constitutional “speech or debate” immunity.

Under what process will the innocent person named be able to “prove their innocence”?
And why should they have to prove their innocence under American jurisprudence?
If there is evidence against someone, they should be charged and tried. If there is not enough evidence, or even if the government doesn’t want to reveal the evidence for some reason, the speech and debate clause should never be used as a shield against liability, just because there are some (or even many) guilty on the list.
Harming even one innocent is antithetical to law and order.
