Police in Port St. Joe responded to a call from a repo driver at at 3:42 p.m. who said 41-year-old Tikila Walker had fled while trying to repossess her white Ford Fusion for failure to make payments.

This was before the hit and runs. I didn't know they could use the cops as repo enforcers now.

I am not defending the psycho woman, just question the use of cops as repo men.
