I still have my 6 batches of to-be-canned jalapeño peppers for jelly in the fridge. As of this moment, next week looks open for dealing with the 5 remaining bushes & canning .... fingers crossed!
Can you send me the recipe of what you do for your jalapeño pepper jelly? I’m considering using my shishito peppers that way as a substitute. I have no idea if that would be tasty or not, but something has me wondering if it could work.
