“evo” is “Extra Virgin Oil”, right? Not sure we have that, unless wifey has it hidden...
You should get some evo. I love peanut oil-—its the best
frying oil there is-—but it will change the taste of this soup.
Well, shoot. The freezer is full and I need to use this chicken and esp. the veggies B4 we will likely make it to the grocery store again. (It’d have to be after that bit of a trip I mentioned above.)
Just use regular vegetable oil? The stuff we have seems pretty neutral. I can always shoot for perfection “next time”. :-)
