Quality of GROK reports on Q boards seems to have degraded. ALL DROPS CITED in report are wrong drop. But I suspect the rest of the overall picture of the Cabal's network is worth considering. This is the first time I've seen how the 'insurance folder' works, and that the technique of having duplicate compromising information on rivals/peers has been used before in history.
