Good call. Your letter only failed to wake him up because he probably doesn’t read his own mail. CEO’s, etc. have “people” who do that. Who knows how much information/feedback actually makes it to the bosses? One of the jobs I had at Revenue Canada was to respond to the Minister’s mail. There was an autopen that signed MY responses to HIS mail. I doubt he ever saw the incoming inquiries or outgoing replies, though his Executive Secretary was supposed to summarize the primary issues raised and do a rough tally of the “for” and “against”.
