I see that Q2339 was posted on Oct 4, 2018. The item linked to a court case which never seemed important to me (I didn't 'get' it). Now that I'm looking at October as 'Red October', I note Q said in that drop, "Swamp Fighting Back." Perhaps it was just a place holder example of the many ways the Swamp will fight back.. So many Oct 2018 Q drops are about fighting the DS (e.g., 'Sheep no more').
I skimmed Q drops from 2018 which had the abbreviation 'OCT' in them.
The broadest impression I received after skimming Oct 2018 drops is that the investigations, hearings, testimony of the RICO case against the resident government Deep State began to heat up in 2018. I think prosecutors were then reaching the level of rank in the crime organization we'd be more likely to recognize in Oct 2018, for example, Q2321 comments on Huber, Sessions and Subpoenas. I always wondered how a RICO case would work given they take so long and this case would prove to be the 'mother of all RICO cases'. It looks like The Plan included Trump stepping out of the way in 2020 but with the investigations and trials continuing. That gave prosecutors a 6 to 8 year lead to roll up prosecutions starting from the bottom to the point we're now at in Oct 2025, with the Clintons in the batters box starting Oct 8.
