James Comey clearly lied when he testified in 2017.

He was under oath.

That’s perjury.

We’re beyond the statute of limitations for that one.

But in 2020, he lied again under oath to Ted Cruz when he reaffirmed that testimony.

James Comey is lucky the grand jury did not indict him for perjury.

They indicted him for false statements and obstruction of a congressional investigation.
