I took one acetaminophen tab today b/c I felt an eye strain headache coming on. Worked.
I will go weeks without using them, and rarely take two at a time. I dont like to take drugs but sometimes I dont want to Tough It Out as DJT puts it either. lol.
Your Tylenol use certainly wouldn’t be considered heavy use. I doubt your liver is screaming “Stop”
