I share Vandersteel’s concern. All the security on the ground in the vicinity of the stadium can’t prevent somebody from flying a 747 into the event.

Fear.

The odds of that happening are zero.
Think about it, the skies are severely restricted, with multiple standard/non-standard deterents already prepared in advance. This fact will never be broadcast and is at the secret level.

We are assured the OPSEC (operational security) in use here by the whole of the USA spans the confidential, secret, top secret, use of scif level 'need-to-know', in conjuction with the cybersecurity framework (CSF), the DOW force protection conditions (FPCON), the DHS special event assessment rating (SEAR), with security officers of all stripes representing all levels I - [X].

ZERO chance.

The issue is not the issue.

Hope.

It’s exactly the kind of tragedy al Queda would like to take credit for, so I imagine that there’s significant air surveillance and protection. Any plane coming near the stadium will be escorted away or shot down before it gets close enough to cause a mass casualty event..
