Anyone in Heaven is a saint. But if the miracles occur and he is officially recognized as being a saint, we can pray to him and ask him to intercede for us.

YMMV, but only God does those things, and I believe CK would agree, not that it matters now that he is in glory as for him, the former things have passed away. The righteous living do the other.
