Snide/critical little asides to each other can only be tolerated for so long.
Why don’t you stroke each other and demean other FReeQs in private messages? Why do it publicly?
Because the feuds that result in attempts to activate “the posse” against people here, in order to make them gone, run off many more than just those targeted.
It is a horrible team management practice that should never be used.
Pre DEI IBM Management School was very clear on this.
