I watched Robinson’s court appearance. He was completely still and expressionless except for two movements and a few head nods in response to judge statesments directed specifically to him. There was a slight flex of his upper left arm early in the video and he turned his head and cleared his throat (or maybe coughed) towards the end of the reading of his charges. Not much at all to read in terms of body language.
He certainly did not appear mentally unstable. No outbursts. He maintained complete composure. If he was advised on how to behave during the video court proceedings, he followed the instructions well. Again, completely in control of his behavior.
He was granted a court appointed attorney based on indigence. His next appearance is Sept. 28 if I remember correctly. Meanwhile, the prosecution is prepared to hand over the prosecuting documents/evidence to his court appointed attorney within the state mandated 5 days. It will also be a video court proceeding.

Sociopaths are not subject to nervous responses.
One reason lie detectors are not allowable evidence in court is because many sociopaths are immune.
I read this assassin as a sociopath who, like many serial killers studied by the FBI, latched onto an internal fantasy to give meaning (and control) to his otherwise empty existence.
So Robinson is an indigent, college dropout/scholarship-wasting, homosexual murderer.
His parents must be devastated. I wonder if he has Asperger’s.
