Makes sense to me. She was there on the company dime and may be deemed to be on company time the entire trip. To fully appreciate this, you only have to understand that, if anything happened to her on that trip (accident, murder, etc.), her company would be held responsible.
For too long we have all held our tongues and been polite while liberals rant. They don’t realize how many of us disagree with them. They think they can say anything they want, anywhere they want, because they are the “smartest people in the room.”
I’m going to start saying to them, “Well, I disagree with you, but I understand why you are saying that.” {And thinking, “Because you’re an unmitigated azzhat.”}
