I hear that it is a billion dollar industry! It seems that perhaps the U.S. has moved beyond prosperity and come to worshipping Mammon!
Problem with big pharma is that if they go too far we might wind up bankrupting them. Some need the meds. Although, I have always speculated that everything one could possibly need can be found in the rain forests.
Maybe that's why there is a rush to cut them down. Could big phamra be behind all that?
