Also forgot to mention the taller man behind Charlie and in black looks to be the same man in a lot of older vids with Charlie- always standing just nearby. Wondering if he is part of Charlies security team.

Pinging LonePalm and oldwarbaby; what are y’all’s thoughts on the hand/arm signals being sent by those two men near Charlie?

And I don’t recall seeing them in the video that was taken from in front of Charlie.
