The virus was highly contagious but relatively mild compared to other pandemic pathogens, HOWEVER, the "vaccine" is ineffective and toxic...even lethal.
All affected residents and staff should be provided with medical or palliative care and be allowed to sue for serious compensatory and punitive damages.
The same for aggrieved families who lost loved ones as a result of the mandated lethal injections.
