Careless teenage driver? Was she texting or talking on her cell phone? This is a good example as to why teenagers are expensive to insure to drive. In every state or city and on every road there is more than likely a teenager driving carelessly, i.e. an accident waiting to happen. We all were there once. Guiliani could get a good attorney and file suit against the driver.
