I agree with your timetable, but would not refer to it a "Restoration of civilian government" because POTUS will remain fully in charge, CINC, the entire time.
This will be the equivalent of Lincoln's actions to preserve the Republic.

Thanks for those links again. The above is similar to Majic EyesQonly’s most recent post (that I know of, maybe he’s made more since then) regarding length of time before elections, and that the military would supervice. Let me see if I can find that.
