I believe this already happened.

On January 20 2021 we became an Occupied country due to the “Biden” administration (foreign power) The cabal thought they won,but just dug themselves into a deeper hole.

November 5th 2024 was Liberation Day. We were no longer occupied and our rightful President was restored.

Excellent post. ThankQ! Interesting organized list of 'resets'; I have to think about those first two a little more to 'get it.'
I think the nest of evil controlling and funding our enemies, like USAID, was designed to be too big to untangle and too big to fail.
I recall that there was a report (I thought the source was likely legitimate at the time) I can't find now which said Biden invited the Chinese to serve as peacekeepers during his inauguration. Recall they were posing MAGA and Trump (post Jan 6) as immanent threats to democracy. THe fencing went up around the White House and Capitol making the Capitol look bleak and captured, and I couldn't tell who put it up (Trump as CINC to keep the Chinese out, or Biden to keep the White Hats from wresting control from the foreign nation).
I suspect it was Biden because it Q went to silent running (periscope depth) to convince our enemies it was safe for them to seize control, and PResident Trump played along as if he didn't have to power to fight, or wouldn't fight for fear of Civil War. We likely needed what was hidden (foreign control) to become established as literal presence to enable eradication.
I wonder if the Chinese were allowed in other ways, because Presidents (e.g., Obama) have been controlled by foreigners in the past - but somehow the Biden pResidency better complied with the formal definition of foreign occupation. So I suspect it's likely there were foreign troops in D.C., behind the wire (fences) they put up or more formal lines of remote, foreign control (all the payments, Biden granting Chinese access to Defense servers etc.). Allowing the enemy into the capitol would complete the 'foreign occupation.'
Yet I believe the CINC kept them from accessing the Oval Office, resources like federal parking garages and certainly the Pentagon and nuke football. Not gaining control of the nuke football shot Deep State plans to pieces - they were going to use nukes against Russia under Biden. They were likely going to use US troops and modern technology in the Ukraine, but all they were allowed to provide were primarily money and obsolete defensive weapons which they tried to use offensively.
I recall the Deep State thought Hillary would win and stationed hundreds of Chinese pilots just across the northern border in the old NORAD station in Canada (permission granted by Trudeau). The Chinese lingered around for months, waiting...for something. I recall speculation that a US pilot went down in the waterway between the US and Canada, and that the waterway housed foreign troops in underwater bunkers (submarine access?). May have been false speculation - but given we were under foreign control and Biden ushered in as many foreigners as possible, with some right across the (walking) border with Canada, I suspect we were formally occupied by armed troops in some way.
If President Trump were not CINC, I think those Chinese pilots would have been visibly active -maybe they were among the illegals Biden initially invited in. Illegals don't just cross the border in the south. Who's to say foreign troops weren't bunkered somewhere in the vaults and tunnels in D.C.? They could pass as UN peace keepers if need be, living here and assigned blue helmets to wear when the 'time was right.'
I believe allowing the invasion you described provided the power to the White Hats they needed to eradicate the Deep State capture of the US. I think the DS was counting on standard means, without the boost the Law of War granted the occupied nation's defenders. Via standard means, they correctly estimated they could not be removed without seizing opportunities to collapse our government - something they routinely around the world.
But the 11.3 changes the game complete. MOAR WINNING.
