Take out the Cartels. Take out the illegal aliens who are not from MX.
Take all of MX. Do something good with it. Change forever “the land of Mañana”

We don't want all of Mexico with its history and culture of corruption or all of its people, which would include the criminals. Creating a new state of Baja would be a way to focus on just a smaller part of it, and allow all of those illegal alien Spanish speakers in the U.S. to have a place to live and develop with our assistance.
