No rule against it at all, but given you spoke for the person I relied to by saying, “You sound like someone who is unable to recognize or appreciate sarcasm.” I thought you were that poster when I replied to you.
Why are you speaking for another poster?

It should be obvious what he meant by that.
We’ve all heard the phrase “safe and effective” over the last few years, and pretty much all of us recognize it as a flat out lie.
The government, and its minions, have been telling us exactly that, as you surely know.
