I think you’re right over the target. It’s hard to think the Germans and Brits think they can shoot missiles into Moscow with impunity. We would never allow that for one obvious reason.
If that becomes normalized, that would be an incredibly effective way to conduct a decapitation sneak attack. If we allowed some Venezuelan rebel group to shoot cruise missiles into DC occasionally, and we just decided to accept it and not hit back. One day, that cruise missile would be carrying a nuke. I’m sure the Russians have gamed this out.
I think the Russians have shown remarkable restraint. But eventually something will happen. They’ll get a lucky shot of a cruise missile right into the Kremlin, they’ll hit whatever the Russian Pentagon is, or something of that nature. And then we’ll see a hypersonic hit London or Berlin as a final warning.
If the Limeys and EU types had the slightest common sense, they would understand the message that was sent by hitting their building in Kiev…. If.
If Brazil attacks Venezuela, they would expect that they would have to face counter attacks from Venezuela.
