Not, it is not ‘absurdly condescending’. Many of us who ate at CB had mothers and grandmothers who lovingly used rolling pins and FLOUR SIFTERS as they cooked for those they loved and appreciated the shout out and reminder of a safe and loving time.

No, I agree with that when it was in its authentic form. The new CB has taken that and transformed it into neo-kitch collection that screams “Here’s your rolling pins, you Hicks!”
