BRICS is forming their own banking system and their own trading mechanism.
All we are doing is isolating ourselves from the world and accelerating a move away from the Dollar. Who will then buy our DEBT?
BRICS is just going to ignore these tariffs and sanctions and reduce their trade with the U.S., we need them more than they need us at this point.
I don’t think US needs India for anything. China is needed for rare earths and is a major trading partner and US should continue to engage china in trade negotiations.
Applying pressure on India doesn’t harm US especially when done in conjunction with allies.
Getting the Ukraine war over would be of great benefit to the world.
Russia won’t stop unless its economy is significantly harmed.
