I could be wrong, but I think this is one of Huxley’s predictions in using disposable humans for organ donations. In his book, they just didnt have a head while their bodies were grown in labs.

If the babies have died naturally, then what is the issue? People donate their bodies to science all the time. Why can’t parents donate their newborns’ bodies to science?
I once spoke to a woman at a conference who ran a company that uses donated deceased babies for research. She talked about the advances they hoped to make by studying those babies, advances which could help future babies not die from those causes. I then told her that I thought her company could team up with an organization that offers prenatal/neonatal hospice. Parents who are losing a child might feel some comfort knowing that their loss might help future children.
Embalm Gates, harvest his organs, and burn them.
