It doesn’t say why she was found “Not Guilty”. I am guessing “jury nullification” if it were in Georgetown.

Fraud can be hard to prove legally. It all has to do with the prosecution being able to show the fraud was intentional. That is not as easy to do as one might think. Plus think of the type of jury pool that would sit through such a trial.
