My guess is that no one on the board wants to be called a racist or a hater. So for example, one board member comes up with a woke idea: “Let’s hire a transsexual to be our beer spokesperson.”
Everyone else knows what a stupid idea that is. But they are afraid to speak up. End result? The woke idea becomes policy.
Women. Most of the ‘’managers’ and ‘’department heads’’ are women.
