Most therapy is utter and complete BS. Only if the person, really, truly, completely wants to change, will they change. The vast majority of all people undergoing therapy could be in much better places if they do a few simple things.
-Stick to a schedule
-Exercise
-Pray
-acknowledge there is a higher power & you aren’t the center of the universe
-Get outdoors as much as possible
agreed. A change for a proper human diet must be added to the list. A lot of mental problems can be cured by simply getting rid of carbs, look up psychiatrists like Dr Ede or Dr Kilz.
