An interesting property of bad decision makers is they will never revise their bad decisions, for to do so would be admitting incompetence, something a DEI imposter cannot afford to do. The bigger the mistake, the more stubborn they get. Compare to Donald Trump, who changes his decisions at the drop of a hat when new information develops. Leftists claim Trump has a big ego, but actually he’s abnormally humble when it comes to revising his decisions quickly if they start to go sideways.

And, according to everyone who has worked with him, he is willing and eager to get input from everyone when he’s making decisions. And he seriously considers the ideas. That’s a humongous ego — not.
