In a recent Congressional election (can't recall which one) in Maine's 2nd District the GOP candidate got more votes than the Rat but thanks entirely to "rank choice voting" the Rat was declared the victor. And IIRC a similar thing happened recently in Alaska.

IMO *anything* other than "election day" being one day,ID required,etc equals voter fraud.
