Since this article refers to the presence of National Guard to stop the rampant crime in DC, I would bet that this means (assuming there's any truth to it at all) that all of the faggots who run our country these days, whether in Congress or the bureaucracy, are now too scared to go to these places for their usual satanic debauchery, lest they get caught and their shame made public.
