... the citizens were celebrating Sir Francis Bacon (1561-1626), the historical Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain.
Wasn't it Lord Bacon who once said, "F@CK the muslim savages!"? (I think it was! ... but maybe back then it was pronounced "FOCK" ... I'm just not sure.)
