I love tuna cut into steaks. The “gourmet” way of preparing it is just searing it on all sides, rare in the middle. Nope- not for me. It’s gotta be fully cooked thru for me to eat it. That’s why I cook my own, either in a skillet or on the grill.
I hope the lady took it back and got her money back.
