As part of NATO-light, we can supply the Precision Strike Missle (PrSM) to Ukraine and our partners. This is the successor to ATACMS that will put Moscow in range, even from (the remaining part of) Ukraine. Putin wanted to keep Ukraine from joining NATO at some indeterminate time in the far future; now, NATO-light is going to advance 80% of the way forward in Ukraine in the very near future.
